By accessing and using Blossomly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are provided to help guests find and book unique stays and help hosts list their properties.
2. Booking and Payments
Blossomly acts as a facilitator between guests and property hosts. While we meticulously curate our listings, the final booking agreement is between the guest and the host. Payments are processed securely, and specific cancellation policies apply to each listing as described at the time of booking.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and property listing. Guests are expected to respect house rules as defined by each host. Blossomly reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards.
4. Property Listings
Hosts must ensure that their listings are accurate and comply with local regulations. Blossomly provides a "Certified Homes" badge to properties that meet our strict quality standards, but the ultimate responsibility for property maintenance lies with the host.
5. Limitation of Liability
Blossomly is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform or stays booked through our service. We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or the actions of third-party hosts.
